NGS Bill of Rights

Overview

These principles represent eight important behavioral changes for the Nice Guy (and the Not-So-Nice Guy, too). While the Nice Guy may only modestly exhibit these behaviors, the Not-So-Nice Guy might exhibit them at inappropriately excessive levels. The key is to find a balance that works for you.

Throughout the course of your day, strive to measure your efforts and actions against these eight Rights. At first, it may seem awkward; practice will bring you closer to perfection as you incorporate these behaviors into your professional life.

Adhering to the Bill of Rights takes effort and will push you out of your comfort zone. Eventually, your behavior will become more instinctive, moving you to achieve higher degrees of success in your career.

And now for your consideration, Nice Guy Strategies presents The Nice Guy Bill of Rights

We the nice guys, in Order to form a more perfect business world, establish justice, insure workplace tranquility, provide for the individual defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Bill of Rights for the Nice Guys of the World.
